Expected investment in construction amount to 125 million euros. A record amount for such enterprises must project paid for itself in over 6 years. All costs themselves are taking foreigners. Project power plant will produce 100 thousand tons a year. In this case the design capacity will rise to 120 thousand tons a year.
The lion's share of raw materials (80 percent) for the plant will supply the Russian side, the rest scheduled delivery from abroad. Total enterprise going to create over 140 jobs.
