12 years of prison mayor threatens Olhonskogo area

Since then, eight months have elapsed, and the head territory never recovered health. But each time, citing the deterioration of self, the mayor was not in for questioning. Only now, when the term ended next bulletin, the investigator was able to present the mayor of the district Olhonskogo charges.
-- Nikolai Motoshkin guilt does not recognize, refuses to testify - told Vladimir Salovarov, spokesperson of the SU. -- Nevertheless, the investigation has sufficient evidence, and materials shortly criminal case will be transferred to the regional court. Moreover, in the near future and the court will consider a motion to remove Motoshkina investigator from the office of mayor of the district.
If the suspect's guilt is proved, according to the provisions of the Penal Code, faces up to 12 years imprisonment and large fines.
