To get to the top post in the regional government, must necessarily have higher education. Formally, it was a Dudicha. At the diploma he graduated from Chelyabinsk State Academy of Culture and Arts. And in fact, as it turned out, no higher education entrepreneur does not have a diploma and he nenastoyaschy. The fact is that at the Academy Dudich studied only one year. Enrolled his place on the fifth course on the fake certificate allegedly issued by the Moscow Academy of law and governance. Paper "confirmed", that student Dudich studied in the metropolitan university four years.
In connection with the expiration of limitations of criminal responsibility to 22 November 200 years the world court to dismiss a criminal case against Dudicha. But prosecutors continued to insist on depriving the ex-official diploma. After the dismissal of the Administration of Kurgan region Dudich returned to the media business with their former place of work.
