Lake Bele, Itkul, Shira, Tus, Matarak called the jewels of Khakassia. Their healing properties are known to the whole Russia. Only now "cut" from these inappropriate jewelry - heaps of garbage lie here for years.
In the weekend "on water" move tens of thousands of machines from the Krasnoyarsk region and neighbouring regions. Most tourists prefer to relax the "savages". However, the quotes in this case can be removed: noisy company leaves behind kostrischa, to trample down the grass, mountains clutter. As a result - not a single clean room for tents, and dispersion of wind on water bottles and plastic bags with many landfills.

However, according to the preliminary results of regular checks, "a set of" major violations does not change in the lake edge for years. Places to landfills, as before, with the sanitary-epidemiological surveillance, no one agrees. No permits are neither executive nor zemleotvodnyh documents.
Back in 2006, the Supervisory Authority filed a lawsuit against the community leader, accusing him of unwillingness to take measures to eliminate domestic and dump garbage man near the village of Pearl. Natural emerged a decade and a half ago, a few kilometres from the reserved Itkul Lake - the main provider of drinking water in the resort village - it is grown and has become a potential source of epidemics.
The court then ordered local authorities to eliminate the site, but the decision was enforced only through the year and a half, and under pressure from prosecutors.
