Increased tax revenue will increase salaries dudget
Administration Region presented at the meeting of the Legislative Assembly budget committee report on the performance of the regional treasury for the first quarter.
The increase in revenue over the same period last year exceeded 4 billion rubles, or 43-5 per cent.
In just three months in regional coffers received 14.69 billion rubles (27.5 per cent of the annual plan). The bulk of the revenue traditionally provided as enterprises (4.3 billion rubles - a tax on profits) and residents of the area (2.7 billion - a tax on personal income).
The growth in these two taxes to the same period last year amounted to 35 and 28.3 percent respectively.
-- Increase income tax is due, including making advance payments - a temporary replacement explained to Director of the Department of Finance Raisa Rasputin. -- Revenues from the tax increased by raising wages and payment of remuneration in the first quarter on the basis of last year.
Taking into account actual income administration has proposed to amend the budget region. At the Assembly session in late June will be considered an amendment under which revenues increased by 3.5 billion rubles, including 2 billion - for income tax.
-- Offer to adjust to a significant sum, we have no intention, as the first quarter is not spectacular - said Raisa Rasputin.
An estimated tax service, it is expected that as early as June revenue will go according to plan.
Through additional revenue administration proposes to provide 391 million to finance the salary бюджетникам from the strengthening of 14 per cent from 1 February. This amount is sufficient to September inclusive (plus advance for October). At a salary in the municipalities planned to allocate 413 million, the remaining funds for this purpose must find the local authorities.
