On behalf Voroshilov mine in Prokopyevsk May 12, three miners died from smoke inhalation poisoning, and June 8 because of the outbreak of methane suffered another seven people.
Declared a state of emergency requires the heads of coal companies, mines and the coal mines close to engage ezhesmennym planning and approval of orders for production work, take reports on their implementation.
