JSC "TransTeleKom Company" (Trademark CPD) announced the development strategy for the years 2008-2015, in which the company plans to take about 17 per cent of the regional retail market by connecting to services more than two million new subscribers.

- So far, the company worked mainly with large corporate customers, operators, government agencies. As planned, telecommunications was initially available only corporate sector, primarily OAO "Russian Railways". But today, TTK is ready to proceed to advance the services of small and medium businesses, as well as entry to the regional retail market, where by 2015, expects to take a share of 17 per cent. The new phase of development and demanded nontrivial approaches. Widely available Internet access, local telephony, intercity and international communications, with the provision of all these mass consumer services, to individuals - are the main vectors TTK development strategy until 2015. According to experts, economic observers, the company has great growth potential.

Advancing telecommunications services company started with a pilot project in two major regions: the Far Eastern Federal District and the Chelyabinsk region. Since June 1, residents offered their services to domestic and international communications, as the second half will begin selling our basic services to the retail market - broadband Internet access, providing high quality and speed of data transmission. From next year all these services become available and the people of our region.

The development of retail solutions will require new tasks. We plan to open its trade representation in each city must have at least two representatives. If clients from the corporate sector pay long-distance telecommunications services through the current account, then for individuals TTK offers several payment options. Their choice is directly dependent on the specifics of tariff plans, that is, of whether they are lending or advance. A major advantage of the company is that its network of telecommunications it, incidentally the first in Russia, has built networks based on next-generation NGN (Next Generation Network). This is the only country in full uniform national scale network with a centralized management system that ensures optimum consistency of all elements. The choice of NGN technology allows to maintain a high rate of readiness network, as well as relatively low operating costs of its contents, which, among other factors, will allow our company to offer attractive rates of long distance and international communication - lower than the national average. Besides competition in the communications market, according to our observations, there is a stronger all around various business centres, and come with services in homes, in which ordinary people live, not so much want. So it will absorb this niche, including through the construction of house networks. Only this year in the zone of responsibility of our company's investments amount to more than 150 million rubles. The first stage - the city of Belgorod, Voronezh, Stary Oskol, then Lipetsk. In social terms, access to the retail market will give hundreds of new jobs, additional taxes to the local budgets.
