Hence the fur comes at auctions of St. Petersburg and Copenhagen. However, last winter world demand for fur had fallen sharply, and buyers have to pay for sable to 600-900 roubles. This has led to many hunters, for example, in Evenkia preferred shotguns hang on the wall and seek other jobs.
But the administration felt that a temporary lull does not relieve the problem of control over the trafficking of furs, much of which is in the shadows. According to experts, measures to achieve transparency fur market might lead to its redistribution. Now buying fur is a few large companies. Until recently, they have kept prices relatively high level, and that attracted fishermen province and neighboring regions. But the introduction of compulsory licences for the realization of sable hunters share into two categories - honest and poachers. The latter will be more difficult to sell fur. Without a license, illegal person-fishermen will be forced to sell extraction "left" and for pennies.
In turn, among the buyers expected to fight for acquisition of licenses for the extraction of sable - it will enable to control the market and drive out competitors with him.

The project should be implemented within a month that already by the beginning of a new hunting season in September, the hunters knew about the changes in the regulatory framework.
