Deputies thanked the city manager for the work Kurgan
Yesterday, deputies of Kurgan city council petition met the head of administration of the regional center Viktor Serkova for release him from his
posts.
City manager tendered his resignation with a request for the Mayor and chairman of the authority representative Elchaninovu Anatolia. The official rationale - because of the deteriorating health (Victor Serkov recently postponed heart attacks and still -
hour is at out-patient treatment).
Over the resignation Serkova voted 20 popular elected, two abstained. On the cool relations between Victor Serkovym and Anatoly Elchaninovym in Kurgan long been known, and this long-standing conflict can be described as indirect cause of the resignation.
Under the Charter Kurgana now be held a competition among applicants for the post of head of administration. If the new city manager and current head of the city are people from one team, it can be assumed that executive power will begin to work more effectively.
