The total funds allocated for the implementation of policy measures to 2010 is 78.3 billion rubles, of which 18.4 billion - from the regional budget, 18,7 - from federal, 2,5 - locally. Almost half the money - from extra-budgetary sources.
First deputy chairman of the committee regional economy Ekaterina Kotova called the bill a working document - it will be adjusted annually, supplemented by sectoral programs. Now they are designed for IPAs, fishery sector, in the - the development of small businesses.
However, many deputies expressed dissatisfaction with the reduction of financing the repair and construction of roads. In discussing the bill referred to the need to allocate funds for highway Shakhtarsk - Ilinskoe, gasification island and a solution of fuel citizens residing in private homes (this is 20-25 per cent of the population area), as well as the development of the lumber industry. The deputies pointed out the need to allocate funds for logistics vocational construction in the areas of sports complexes with swimming pools - opportunities to train are not even champions in swimming area.
As a result, the bill brought to the amendment, that the level of the repair, renovation and construction of roads in the area should not be less than in 2008. And every year that amount should be increased.
Meanwhile, Governor Alexander Horoshavin called for an early solution to long-standing problems of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Among the biggest challenges he cited the improvement of roads, the environment, ensuring uninterrupted water supply, resettlement of people from dilapidated housing.
