Tambov region among the 14 regions has won the All-Russian competition for participation in the modernization of school meals. Local experts examined the experiences of other regions, concluded that the most viable option-building plant in Tambov school meals. Lunch for children with normal, rather than experimental, will prepare for the plant and transported by school canteens. There will be food only warm and deliver on the table. The proposed scheme, besides the obvious benefits, significantly reduces the cost of preparing food.
